Memorial Weekend's weather was the classic definition of scattered showers. Mahalo to all of you who persisted and got out to paddle. Late afternoon SUPers were especially rewarded with glassy conditions at the Gravel Pond. Remember to bring a wide range of clothing options with you when you go out to the lake. You may need to slip an outer layer over your usual clothing if the wind kicks up and the sun decides to hide behind a dark looking cloud.
